Orders & Payment

  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may, at our discretion, limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

• Payment Methods
  We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Payment is charged at the time the order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

  Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

• Liability
  Tarise Day Spa is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.s.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

• Eligibility
  We accept returns for store credit or gift cards only. Cash refunds are not provided.

• Condition
  Skincare Products: Must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
  Resort Wear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners intact.

• Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

• Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility. Store credit will only be issued once the item is confirmed to be in its original, sellable condition.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tarise Day Spa and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the State of New Jersey.
